USER APPLICATION

Basic user access to reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analytical capabilities thru a simple to use web interface. As a user you can easily browse thru reports available for you.

You can browse a specific report and work with the visuals to filter down areas of interest and get relevant insights.

If you are an advanced user, you can be allowed designer capabilities. You will then be able to edit existing reports or design your own from ground up using the key measures and dimensions already available to you. No worry about how to get data or if data is up to date – this is all taken care of. You focus on designing the report for your own ad-hoc needs or to share among colleagues. Maybe you already know Microsoft Power BI? This is the report engine we use.

If you are admin or subscription owner you will be able to manage the settings of your company reporting solution:

• Manage report roles for your users to get access to relevant reports. Create a role for Sales or customer care as examples, and choose which reports to allow access to for each role.
• Add users to the subscription by email. Adding them to one or more user roles will grant them instant access to relevant reports.
• Setup big screens for office TV screens. Select multiple reports to rotate on the same screen. Continues automatic refreshes and easy logon – no user / password needed when turning on the TV.
• Setup embedded reports to share on intranet for a broader audience.

BACK END

We have developed a cloud service, that can easily connect to any business system in the cloud, when REST APIs are available to connect to data. We keep your data in sync in realtime or on a schedule, depending on the capabilities of the individual system.

Data is modeled in a datawarehouse with facts and dimensions. If you are an advanced user, and if it is relevant for you – we can grant you access to the datawarehouse database, so you can work on the staged data from a Microsoft SQL database or you can use the datawarehouse for other reporting tools.

Data is stored in Azure datacenters in EU, encrypted at rest and in transit.
